PSMC 105 – Emergency & Business Continuity

History has witnessed many catastrophic events, some resulting from forces of nature and others from human action. While the types of disasters have not changed much, the ways in which businesses and organizations have prepared for, responded to, and recovered from these emergencies have evolved over time. A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is a tool designed to help ensure business disruptions are minimized, and the impact of those disruptions on revenue and profits is mitigated. This course is therefore meant to give security and safety professionals the necessary knowledge about different types of emergencies and skills in Disaster & Business Continuity, since most times they are the first point of call during such emergencies.
